PPT in Studio City and Requirements

Been searching the forum for the past 20 minutes or so for answers, but I am chasing tangents everywhere so I figured I'd just ask here.

I understand $35 is the max charge for CA resident to CA resident PPT FTF.

Is there a reputable place in or around Studio City/Toluca Lake that charges $35 and will get me in and out of there fairly quick with no BS?

Also, what do the buyer and I need to have with us to complete the transfer? (this is a compliant AK stlye rifle)

I would recommend Aegis Trading in Burbank...here is no FFL in Studio City/Toluca Lake as far as I know.
