    NFA trust questions

I have some questions about NFA trusts

How old do you have to be to get one?
    How long do they last?
Do they have to get changed if more NFA items are added or moved states?
Can I put all of my firearms in there?
Can I get my trust made out of state?
Can any attorney setup a NFA trust or is it only a select few?
Are NFA trusts eligible in all states?
What is the average cost for an NFA trust?

Im sure I will have more questions but those are the ones that first came to mind
    Thank you for your help

    1. 18 to form the trust, but 21 to apply for an NFA stamp.
    2. For life.
    3. Not that I know of.
    4. Yes, but not sure that it would give you an advantage.
    5. Yes, but you're still limited by state laws. In CA the most you can hope for is an AOW and maybe a dedicated silencer for a single shot rifle.
    6. It's a specialty so better to find one who specializes in them.
    7. Yes
    8. Last time I looked they're around $600.

Let me say that I am not a lawyer, but have looked into this before. I may be off on a couple of them so maybe someone else can correct me.

If you move to another state you can amend the trust.
