Anyone in OC apply for 03 FFL?

Anyone in Orange County apply for their 03FFL? Did our sheriff give you any issues when you get the local chief of police to sign the form? Is there a zoning issue to worry about? Thanks!

You don't need to get a permission from the CLEO, you merely need to inform him/her.

Who is eligible to certify citizenship on the certification of compliance? Anyone?

You are certifying that you are a citizen.

Just follow the directions here. It's really not that difficult.

Thanks for this post. I was thinking about getting one because it looks like I will need to purchase an old rifle to restore a family heirloom and did not want to hassle with the transfer requirements our fine state makes us jump through. I know I still will have to fill out the registration paperwork, but at least I do not have to have out of state purchases shipped to my LGS.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?
