Can i own / buy a lwrc pistol in the state of california?

Yes you can buy/own the LWRC PSD-P Pistol, as long as it is configured to comply with CA laws.

Because the LWRC PSD-P Pistol is not on the approved list, it will need to be imported into CA and transfered as a dimensionally compliant single-shot pistol. Making it into a dimsionally compliant single-shot pistol is accomplished by installing a maglock and a 0 round magazine/sled.

After the 4473/DROS + 10 day wait, it can be legally modified into a semi-auto pistol with a fixed 10 round magazine. This is accomplished by removing the 0 round magazine/sled and installing a 10 round magazine.

There are several gunstores in CA, that have CA legal LWRC PSD-P Pistols in stock.
