    Tokarev Transfer FFL question

Hi, Asked this in the C&R and redirected over here.

I ordered the Romanian Tokarev from J&G had sent to my FFL for transfer. My FFL dosent think it qualifies as a C&R and asked for info that would help him do the transfer.

Are some of these pistols not exempt from the roster?

Any help citing some references would be appreciated.

Worse case will have it shipped to Reno and do transfer there, but rather avoid the extra shipping and trip.

    Thank you.

Don't the Romanian Tokarevs have the date stamped on the frame? Can't you just show him that it was manufactured more than 50 years ago? Or does he not understand that firearms become C&R automatically once they are 50+ years old?
