Which wholesalers carry them?

RSR carries them but they are out of stock. MGE carries some cobras as well but doesn't show the 45, you would need to call them to be sure.

RSR. I'd almost forgotten about them. Their shipping prices were deal killers in the past.

I wish I knew. A customer was asking for one and that is the first I heard of them.
