We have a buyer that drove over 100 miles to us to do his DROS. Of course his DROS was rejected due to a clerical error at the DMV regarding his DL. This is now resolved. The question is whether he has to be present for us to resubmit the DROS. We have already verified his identity and have all appropriate documentation. Thoughts?

DROS resubmision. Buyer present?
Tags: None -
Ok, never mind. DOJ said that the buyer must come back unless they can reactivate the existing DROS. They said this may be possible in this situation. -
Yes technically he has to come back. Technically.www.tenpercentfirearms.com was open from 2005 until 2018. I now own Westside Arms.Comment
