    Off Roster Handguns for Sale?

How does an ffl buy non-rostered handguns to sell to LEOs?
Seems like the few wholesalers I've contacted don't sell off roster handguns to Cali ffls.

RSR, Sports South, Davidsons, Lipseys, etc. all will sell off-roster to dealers in Ca. You need a good sales rep.

Only a few wholesalers have a policy preventing this. Once you sign their waiver, most will.

So, then it becomes a regular handgun sale?

It's a regular sale between the wholesaler and the ffl. FFL still has to abide by the CA Roster or Approved Handguns.
