is this sig cali legal?other than the 13 round mag, which i know is not. I'm new to the gun scene and would love the help. thanks guys

As stated in the referenced link, it does not appear to be on the certified list and it has to be the exact model. The only Elite listed is the P229R Enhanced Elite.

No, the exact model of the firearm has to be on the certified list. It is marked as an elite, which only one is on the certified list and it is not that firearm. Simple changes can make it not able to be transferred, such as the color of the grips, color of the firearm, etc., all of which have no effect on the "safety" aspects claimed.Kemasa.
