I purchase a new ruger yesterday and found a deal for a ppt used Sig that I would like to buy. My question is would I have to wait the 30 days before I can Dros it? If not do I have to wait until my 10 days Dros on the ruger before I can Dros the Sig or I can Dros it 5 days apart.

PPT transactions are exempt from the 1 in 30 limitation. Remember that a PPT is when both buyer and seller who are residents of California appear at the transferring FFL face-to-face to do the transaction.

Note that if you use the same dealer and you pick up both handguns within 5 business days of each other, that dealer will need to report the transfers to the ATF and local LE as a multiple sale.
