Botach won't accept Large Capacity Magazine Permit

Botach doesn't have the best reputation for customer service, but they've usually been pretty good for me; however, today they wouldn't accept the Large Capacity Magazine Permit issued by the DOJ stating company policy. What's up with that and since when?

With Botach is kinda hit & miss. If just for some magazines, I think other vendors can do it with less hassle.
