Good question. I asked the same thing a few years back but didn't really get a source.

Regal Industries claim that all their products are CA DOJ approved including their trigger locks but I haven't seen any Regal Trigger locks on the comprehensive list.

They really don't respond to inquiries from peons at all. I suppose if one's name was Remington, they might.

    From the Regal website:

    Trigger locks
    Classic die cast
    Improved steel over-mold

    Custom-designed locks
Trigger locks designed to customer specifications for unique applications
    Cost competitive
    CA DOJ compliant
(Note the lack of part numbers)

Pro-Lok makes some pretty expensive ones that you might find at a wholesaler.

Now you've got me on the quest again but I really hope someone has found a source and will respond here.

UPDATE: I did find a Regal trigger lock on the list:

Compliance with this law can be met by utilizing this device with the firearms or types of firearms described below. The device
manufacturer has indicated that this device will properly function with the following:

    listing.

Now to find a source. The quest continues.

I don't think the DOJ would go for that. But thanks.

I give up...again. Regal is only interested in large orders and I can't find any other reasonably priced alternative.

I have now talked to my sales reps from Davisons, RSR, Lipsey's and MGE Wholesellers, not to mention most of my parts suppliers with not results. Kind of amazing to me. I am getting to the point I am thinking of checking out Cheaper then Dirt and or some retail places just so I have a couple on hand. Complete PIA. Sometimes I wonder why I want to do this!!!!!
