Quick question on threaded pistol barrel

I have a draco pistol I'm trying to sell currently to a CA resident, I do NOT reside in CA any longer.

Under my understanding, and what I have been told by a couple of FFLs in CA
as long as I have a BB and a zero-round mag sled, it is good to go for sales WITHOUT pinning the current flash hider.

Just want to be sure.

This is correct.

The BB maglock + 0 round magazine/sled makes the semi-auto pistol into a single-shot pistol.

Handguns that do not use detachable magazines can legally have threaded barrels installed on them.
