Can anyone help?? I am looking for a FFL to receive a out of state transfer on a stripped AR15 lower at a reasonable price. The only reason I'm purchasing this lower out of state is because I can't find it at any of the local gun shop. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I saw some on Friday 2/17 at Irvington Arms and also at Bullseye in Castro Valley. Even at a $60 transfer fee you'd lose out over just buying local unless the lower was extremely cheap.

Try City Arms East in Pleasant Hill or Tracy Rifle and Pistol in Tracy. Both stock lowers; no point in bringing one in unless it's something niche.
