Has anyone heard of Hinterland Outfitters? I haven't seen very many reviews for them, so I don't know if they are legit. However, they do have a POF .308 complete rifle for $2439 (http://www.hinterlandoutfitters.com/...r-p-31758.html).
There is also this site, Grabagun, which has it for about $2200.
Grabagun also has very little ratings online, and actually a few complaints through the BBB, while hinterland has no complaints on BBB (although I'd almost rather see something there, you know, to know it exists)
The one thing that makes me think Hinterland is legit is that they are listed under the POF list of FFLs
