Hello, new to the site..new ffl-dealer- had conflicting information just trying to clarify. What is the correct procedure for one of the LLC member partners to sell personally owned firearms thru our own storefront? Do we do the transaction as a consignment with a PPT, or do we need to obtain additional second hand dealer lic?

If it is a consignment through the business, you would need to have a secondhand dealers permit/license. I don't think there are any exceptions.Kemasa.

Correct, any selling of a "used" gun or merchandise requires a Second Hand Dealer License.sigpic
