Non-Issued HSC Certificates - Do they expire?

FFLs: Do non-issued HSC certificates ever expire while they are waiting to be issued to test takers? I need to know if I'll lose out on $15/certificate if they are not used within a certain period.

Also, the HSC reporting period is coming up. How do you normally handle this procedure?

    Thanks everyone.

They never expire. And I think they removed the reporting requirement. At least I hope they did.

I am not sure that they removed the reporting requirement (meaning changing the law/rules), but the DOJ does not want you to report them anymore.
