Background checks on new employees?

Thoughts on this? Who do you all use? I was figuring COE, but since its taking the state 3-4 months to do that, that is out.

I am assuming you all do backgrounds on new employees so I thought I would ask?

LOL that is what I was planning.. to DROS them, but obviously wondered if there was a more techinical way of doing it...

All of our employees need gov't clearance so we use OPM.
