    PPT on a off roster gun ?

    How does this work for a Private Party Transfer of a gun that's not on the CA DOJ list ? Does the gun shop have to convert it to SSE to transfer ?

      Nope...PPT's are exempt from the roster.

      BTW this is in the wrong forum section.
