Can you clarify what they called you about. Your post is hard to decipher...

Gave his name and number (Fresno Office) and said to call him if someone ask to buy weapons without paperwork and get as much info about them as possible. Also said we are going to get a similar notice in the mail soon.

I got the same call from the Sacramento office. She said it was a yearly outreach.

FFL for 12 Years now FIRST call from FBI for me.

I received a call the other day, it was pretty much the same thing about the letter they gave to FFL's earlier this year in regards to indicators of terrorist activities.
He said they were basically doing it again, just calling and mailing another letter instead of personally delivering it.

I remember that letter, it also had some thing to do with FFLs in CA, AZ, TX in near by border cities to Mexico.

I spoke with my local FFL today he was telling me about a call from the FBI about reporting any suspicious purchases.

Got the call. Got another letter in the mail. Letter looks the same as the one that was delivered in person about six months ago.

I got my call yesterday. It lasted about all of 30 seconds once I said I remember him from his first visit. I feel sorry for these guys, you know they don't really want to waste their time with it.
