ADDED: Anyone know the Federal law citation that says FFLs need to follow the laws of the state where the receiving FFL resides? Thanks.

I guess I'm the first California FFL to order a receiver from MidwayUSA. I have to be because no one there has heard of the CFLC approval requirement. I'll give it a few days, we'll see.

BTW: They "don't give copies of their FFL to anyone" either.

Yeah I ordered some receivers back in like 2006. Definitely no CFLC back then.

LOL, I called to follow up on this and the customer service rep told me that I "needed to get one from the CA DOJ".

I corrected her but will have to wait until someone there figures it out.

MidwayUSA just called. The problem is that stripped lowers cannot be sent to CA. They want it back.

There is nothing for you to mess with. Simply tell them to contact your attorney and let us do the rest. It won't cost you a dime and it might turn one more company onto our side.

MidwayUSA is not worth the time or money. Much more urgent matters at hand.

The CGF or new CALFFL are more than welcome to give them some advice however. I doubt they will give a rat's *** though.
