Has anyone got their FFL by using a virtual office?

Just like the title asks. Any reponses would be greatly appreciated. I'm having a hard time with the business license part of getting my license due to my city not allowing me to do this from home like I want. A virtual office seems to be the cheapest way to go but I'm not sure if it will work with ATF or DOJ.

A virtual office like the ones where you pay $50 for use of a conference room and mailbox?

I will not be keeping any weapons on hand. I would only order weapons when customers wanted one. I am looking to do this now and maybe open a shop later after I retire from being a LEO...thanks again for the responses

basically wanted to do this as a home business but cant due to my city not allowing home based sales. Thought this would possibly end this problem

I don't see it happening. Regardless of if you keep inventory, you have to hold firearms for 10 days once a customer orders one. You have to keep the weapons at the location of the FFL which would be your virtual office. Add to that your landlord has to actually give the ATF approval that they agree to rent to you and understand what your business really is...I don't see many landlords in they type of business being OK with it. (ATF checked with my landlord when I did my initial interview).

Yeah, I'm looking into a similar situation, but wanting to use an office location because I doubt my apartment complex would be okay with my idea of a home based business. Again, the main issue you need to look at is a location where you can store on site.

A virtual office would only work if you had a virtual FFL and virtual firearms :-).

But then you could virtually transfer any type of firearms virtually.
