    Multiple lowers in 2012?

An ffl told me that ending this year (2011) you will no longer be able DROS multiple rifles begining January 1, 2012, for the same price. The ffl said there would be a charge for each lower (rifle) after the initial fee. Is this per state law or something the store is doing on their own?

    Thanks

Sounds like BS, I hope it is.

Pure falsehood. Educate your FFL, if he refuses to be educated, go somewhere else.

        BS.
Long gun registration begins in 2014.

That MIGHT preclude multiple long guns on one DROS form... but we don't know.

Your FFL is correct about everything except the date. It's January 1, 2014 when FFLs will have to charge extra for each additional long gun being DROS'd.

Thanks to all! Now I am not in a rush and can save up to purchase more bulk lowers.
