Stockton FFL - EBR/Saiga Friendly

Anybody know of a Stockton FFL that will PPT a CA Legal Saiga 12? I need a midway FFL for myself and an East Bay Calgunner.

I'm unsure if Outdoor Sportsman will, but a few threads on here suggest they won't.

How about Tracy rifle and pistol? They are only 20 miles from Stockton and here on Calguns.

I've heard Wild Bills in Elk Grove is pretty chill too. I'm heading up there on Tuesday to transfer a S12 myself haha.
