Orange County FFL willing to accept from non FFL?

I have a question. How does the out of state person know the person they're sending the gun to is an FFL?

In the old days, they would send a signed copy. Do they still do that?

I found a shotgun in NC I want to buy, but not sure how to proceed.

The BATF ezcheck web page is used to check the status of a FFL.

It shows the addresses as well. A copy of a FFL does not tell you if the FFL was revoked. The BATF tells FFLs to not send a copy of their FFL to non-licensees, although some do.
