We have a customer who wants to private party an STI pistol frame. We called the DOJ and they said we cannot do it. Can someone tell me if this is legal and/or how we would enter it into the DROS system?

Did the DOJ say why it can't be done? I don't know of any reason why it can't be done since it is a PPT. You would submit it as a PPT and there is a selection for frame only.Kemasa.
