    Test fire pistols/revolvers PPT?

It only makes sense right? How would you know if the firearm works or not. Is that the norm with ppt? Granted that the ffl does have a range. Who would pay for the range fee and ammo?

Next scenario, you finished the transaction, paid the guy, 10 day later picked up the gun..and the gun doesnt perform. What happens next?

Live fire testing is not the norm with a PPT. I would make the buyer pay for ammo and range fees.

I let the buyer check out (strip down/inspect/function check) the firearm prior to doing the PPT.

If the firearm does not work...
Contact the seller and get a refund with the firearm transfered back to the seller or you take the seller to small claims court in order to try and get your money back.
