WTK: Importing a SS rifle from Germany

[Santa Cruz Armory]

A customer asked me last night about importing a rifle from Germany. A friend in Germany owns the rifle. It's a Miller single shot. What is the process and is it possible?

Go through the national list and find a Type 08 (importer) FFL to help.
