Hi I just purchased a naa mini magnum and while I was at the gun shop I spotted a nice little mauser25acp on consignment my question is can I buy it being a consignment gun(ppt) or am I screwed for a month thanks in advance

Not quite accurate. For consignments, it depends on how the FFL does the transfer. It can be done as a PPT, which then it would be excluded, but it could also be done as a dealer sale, which would mean that it was not excluded.
This means you need to specifically ask the FFL if the consignment will be transferred as a PPT and ensure that is actually done when you do the paperwork.Kemasa.
