Am I missing something...even with the Bullet Button this isn't legal in CA. Or are all of these not marked "DPMS Panther Arms" now?

The image they show might not be the actual item, but I don't know why they'd ship a BB version if the markings are still no good.

DPMS now offers lowers without Panther markings. Whether or not they offer an Off-list .308 lower, I dunno

The recent flyer from RSR indicated quite a few CA Black Rifle firearms and parts available. The CMMG Billet lower which is DPMS is 199, used to be 259.

We just ordered two DPMS Oracle rifles, CA ok according to our dealer....

Anything "Californiaized" from the factory with a Bullet Button is going to be good to go.

All of these new DPMS, Colt, and other "listed" manufacturers finally got smart and are offering models not on the list.
