can a non CA resident have kel tec su22?

Just got back from the sandbox. I am recieving medical treatment at naval medical center Balboa. Am I legal to have it in California?

They are legal here in most configurations. I think there is one variation with a folding stock that is still able to fire with the stock folded and the overall length below 26 inches. You also can't bring in magazines with a capacity over 10 rounds unless you possessed those magazines in California before the ban.

You can not import any 11+ round magazines into CA, unless you possessed them in CA prior to 01-01-2000.
