    Applying for Dangerous Weapon Permit

    That's some great info thanks Be advised if its a part from a dangerous weapon/machingun or you are working on a dangerous weapon you need both NFA &/or Ca. Dangerous Weapon permit if you get taged by the feds it is 5yrs and a felony.

        From what I understand your building has to be extremely secure, all windows barred ect.

        You also need either letters from law enforcement on department letterhead stating they would use your services, or letters from entertainment industry individuals who already hold special weapons permits that would be interested in using your services.

          If you are only working with parts you may not need the permit. I did not get the permit I do not see enough for the cost of the permit.
