    Ffl help needed

Hey everyone. I'm having a serious problem with doj. I really do not want to go into details here. If an ffl holder on here could please help me out. I really just need some advice on what to do with some doj problems that I am having. Please let me know if you could help and I'll pm you my phone number.

    Thanks in advance

You can send me a PM. Personally, I would you post what your general issue is and others might have experience with it.

The problem I am having is with a certain DOJ employee. And she is the one that handles the cfd. I spoke with a ffl dealer yesterday and he helped me out. I also spoke with another guy I know yesterday that has been a gun dealer since the early 90's and he let me know that the lady at doj is just a rude (*****).

I have my ffl, business license, sellers permit, coe, and I had to get a letter in leau of business license. I have sent over the packet 3 times to the lady at doj. All this stuff along with application and payment. She keeps sending it back to me. The first time made it to her but I did not have the letter in leau because I really did not know I needed it. Ok no big deal I get it and send it back. The envelope was returned to the postal annex I use and had a label saying return to sender, item timed out. I send it again and my postal annex just called me saying it back in there with the same type of label. He called to figure out whats going on and USPS said that doj has a new address that everything was being forwarded too. Its been more than a year so anything being sent old address is no longer forwarded. This is the address it says in the packet to send it to. You would think they would give you the right address.

Sorry for this, just had to vent a little

That is how the DOJ operates. They sent back my HSC order once because we used one company check to pay for three employees HSCs. I was not happy to say the least and am still not happy I have to write three freaking checks all to the same company for the same type of order.

So if you don't have your gear in order, they kick it back. You just have to deal with it. Sorry man.
