Why can't I just do what my customers want?
This older guy calls me up and says his brother died and his niece (a hoplophobe) will only send the firearms from an FFL to an FFL. I told him that since I am a CA dealer he'd need to go through the regular BG check and 10 day wait if I received them for him.
He just called and told me the shipping FFL in Nebraska has never heard of such a thing. Now he's PO'd at me because I won't just give them to him when they get here. Luckily, he going to find a dealer who will. Unfortunately, I probably lost a repeat customer.
When will I ever learn to do just as my customers tell me?
