CAI CETME questions

Hi FFL helpers
Im looking at a CAI CETME and im pretty certain its CA ok as long as I fix the 10 round mag. The rifle is also out of state with no mag lock so to ship it to my CA FFL will the upper have to be shipped separately from lower

I know a dealer that had a CAI Cetme seized by DOJ. They claimed it was a Roberti-Roos named AW. We all know it's not, but DOJ says it is. I wouldn't touch one with a ten foot pole. Just get a PTR.
