FFL in Santa Barbara area

I'm trying to order a rifle from "Buds Gun Shop" online. They are out of state and I can not find an FFL that will receive the rifle (Remington sps varmint .308). Any suggestions?

Have you tried the local SB shops and have they said 'no'? I've had rifles transferred into Goleta Valley, and Far West.

If for some reason they won't do it, call Paul Schaffer at 805 692-9894 and ask him. He's a nice guy.

Goleta Valley will do it for $125 for the transfer and $25 for background check. I was hoping to find a lower transfer fee but I may just have to suck it up and pay the $125. I will also call the above mentioned Paul. Thanks for the quick response!

You were correct Paul is a very nice guy I will definitely use him. He is also a chiropractor he may be getting two kinds of business out of me. Thanks again.
