I am filling out the paper work for my FFL 03 (C&R) and I am not sure of the name of the Chief law enforcement officer in Riverside. Would it be the chief of police for the Riverside PD or Sheriff of Riverside county. My guess would be Riverside PD since I live within Riverside. Any advice?

It supposed to be the Top Cop in your jurisdiction. If you are living within city limits, then it's the loca Chief of Police. If you're in a county area, then it's the Sherriff.
