COE / Livescan Question

I am already in the Livescan system, inorder to apply for my COE will I need to pay to get livescanned AGAIN?

Yes, the proper word is liveSCAM. I have been in there 4 times.

Yes. Every single time you need to submit your fingerprints, you will need to do a new livescan.

You know, I was born and raised here. Up until a few years ago I still loved living in California. Recently, I just want to get the hell out of this state, this is just another reason - what a scam.

I can't say for sure about that, but the FBI does it:

It IS very repetitive.
