    gun pick up day

Is there a provisional made for not being able to pick up a gun if you are incapacitated for example, being hospitalized for extended length of time if you have a pickup day but you cannot make it and you are unsure of your recovery time. Is there a form that can be completed To hold the gun indefinitely? Just what is the situation when the buyer is not physically able to do the pick up after 10 days.
    Thanks

You have 30 24-hour periods from the time your DROS was submitted to pick up your firearm...there's no exceptions. If you go beyond your 30 days, you would simply have to do paperwork and go through another 10-day wait, and fork over the extra money for the 2nd DROS.

And some places still charge storage fees.
