FFL has been issued

The nice lady at the ATF licensing center in WV informed me that my FFL 01 was issued today and will be mailed tomorrow. Issued 2 days past 3 months from the application being mailed out.

Once i get set up with he FBI for NICS, KB Firearms will be ready to roll.

not truly, 10 round max mags, no collapsible stocks or flash suppressors on our ARs and the muzzle break has to be pinned.

I have to have a NYS dealers license to sell handguns. We need a permit to carry a handgun as well.

Do you own a storefront or leasing one? Does the BATF require you to have one first? or will they approve of one while you're still looking?

I own a storefront. You do need a place to conduct business that is approved by your local zoning/town laws.

My thoughts exactly. The whole "get a permit to purchase ____ exact model" thing really throws me off. Add NYC restrictions and Bloomberg, well...

Why is NY considered a free state? Don't they also have onerous gun restrictions enacted under Republican mayor(Giulani) and a republican governor (Pataki?)
I think it kind of funny all these residents who say they live in "free states" can't buy alcohol on Sunday, or in some instances on any day.
Who was the Governor of California when the Mumford act was enacted?
Who was the Governor when California's AWB was enacted?
