It really depends on the location and what else is around. If you can buy a cheap place so that the monthly cost is really low, in an area which has a high demand, but few other reasonable places, then you can start out with less money. Also, if you have another job, you can start with less money since you have a means of supporting the business until it takes off.
On the other hand, if you are trying to open a place in an expensive area with other gun shops around, then you are going to need a lot more money to be a place that people want to go to.
The bottom line is that you don't want to run out of money.Kemasa.
