    Ok,

    I know that PPT's don't apply to the 30 day period, but are they seen as they do not completely exist?

    If I just completed a PPT, can I go and purchase a new handgun without issue?

      Yup...not that they don't exist, but they are exempt from the 1 in 30 rule.
