Can the DOJ "CANCEL" a dros? Or can that only be done by FFL? I haven't heard of that ever happening and was curious if any FFl heard of such a thing? Some how that happend to me and was told by FFL that was what happend and they where gona call and ask DOJ why that happend?

No. They either deny you for being a prohibited person or a DMV reject or they delay you why they figure out if you are a prohibited person or if your handgun is stolen, or they reject your DROS for violating the 1 in 30 days handgun rule. There is no cancel on the DOJ end (unless they think the FFL DROSed in correctly like in the case of running a handgun as exempt that isn't).Can the DOJ "CANCEL" a dros?
