Music to my ears! Is there a time period as to when a PPT can be done after the non roster firearm (after coming into the state from an out of state retailer) can be transfered?

Thank you so much for your timely response!

there is no time period specified that the LEO must wait in order to sell it. An LEO could pick u a handgun from a dealer, go to the range to play with it, decide that he doesn't like it, and immediately sell it to a friend in a PPT, all in the same day. That would be legal, but eyebrows might get raised. And if the LEO did that too often, he might get confronted to explain that it appeared that he was acting as a dealer, basically acting as a middleman to get off-roster handguns to non-roster-exempt people.
