    C&R Transfer

I have a .22 rifle that was manufactured between 1949-1954. I assume this qualifies it as C&R. I have a potential buyer in LA who is very interested in this gun. Assuming that it doesn't need to be registered, can I box the gun and ship it directly to the buyer by Fed Ex or similar delivery services or are there laws prohibiting this?

I appreciate your comments and suggestions.

Ask him if he is is a California resident, allowed to own firearms and is over 18. Get a statement to that and or DL copy if you wish. Then box it up and send it off. It can be sent in the mail as well as UPS or FedEx.

I am always looking for Beretta D models in 9mm or a Compact Type M.
