DROS options

I am still waiting for a valid CDL- been almost 3 months- is there another way to DROS a receiver, like a passport? DMV said I am good in the system if it is run by LEO, would it work too then if my old DL was run through the DOJ?

Nope...you're going to have to wait. Only ID accepted is valid CA DL/ID or military ID with orders to duty station.
