PPT Custom 1911 - Brand??

Sorry if this question was just answered recently...I seem to remember some discussion in general. As an example, an individual has a custom 1911 to sell as a PPT. The frame has a serial number but no manufacturers name. On the pull-down for a handgun PPT....what would be used? I looked for the obvious such as "other" "not listed" etc., but no luck. I know the model would be 1911, but the brand of the receiver would be the question, Appreciate the help...or the link to the earlier thread on the topic! Al B. (SOCAL)

There is one called "CUSTOM MODEL" but I don't know if that is a real mfg or a catch-all.
