Private party long gun transfer from out of state

I'm looking for an FFL to receive bolt action long gun from private party out of state and handle transfer in Inland Empire or San Diego area. Any leads would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

The sticky at the top of this forum should help.

www.tenpercentfirearms.com was open from 2005 until 2018. I now own Westside Arms.

Entirely legal for a private party from out of state to ship a gun to a CA FFL, and for the FFL to handle that as an interstate transfer.

It's true that such a transaction would not be a CA 'Private Party Transfer' (PPT) but not all transactions originating with private sellers need to be PPT.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!
