    I have a relative that a LEO can he buy a non rostered pistol and then sell it back to me?

    Yes, your LEO relative can buy it and keep it for 30 days then PPT to you...

      ... let's start this over, shall we.
      Your relative is a LEO. He decided he wanted a non rostered pistol so he bought it. Later he decided he didn't like it that much so now he/she wants to sell it.

      You hear about this and ask him to sell it to you. She says okay and meet face to face at a predetermined FFL, do the exchange pay the him the money and pay FFL for Dros/fees, come back in 10 days and get your non rostered pistol.

      You could also use the single shot exemption at a ?07? FFL that is willing to do that for you.

          lets say my LEO friend wanted to buy a colt python 8" thought gunbroker.. can he buy it and have it shipped to FFL.. ?

            depends on the seller also an FFL can refuse to do the transfer so talk to them first.
            Could it happen? Absolutely.
