Call this number: (916) 227-3694Im applying for a home based FFL. My city wont allow storage but they approved my license for Internet sales with a retail sales of firearms stamp. I mentioned federal law 478.50 to the ATF which allows off-site storage. He said it was ok but that he couldn't submit my application because DOJ wont allow off-site storage. Is this true, is there a CA DOJ law that says i cant store merchandise off-site. What can I do?
Doing internet sales without a brick and mortar storefront brings up all kinds of questions in my head that I don't even have a clue how to answer. But you should be able to get answers from the Firearms Licensing and Permits Unit.Originally posted by orangegloWelcome to failtown, population = you.
